No, although I doubt it will be anything particularly creepy (but like you said, expect an endless barrage of memes depicting whatever 'mon happens to be #666 depicted as evil or whatnot).

Japan doesn't have the same connection with 666 as Western culture - they do have a few "creepy numbers" though, and at least one Pokemon for sure was released to fit that number in the series (Spiritomb is #104 in the Sinnoh dex, and 104 is in many ways the equivalent to 666 in Japan).

It's hard to say at this point - it looks very much like Sugimori's style, but then again his post-2003 style is incredibly easy to emulate (as proven by the severe rise in real-looking fakemon over the years). I'd personally say no since I find it very hard to believe Gamefreak has acknowledged their existence at this point.

Well yeah, since they did Spiritomb for 104, that's another reason why I'd figure they may possibly acknowledge our Western superstition. I figure that 666 isn't unheard of in Japan.

Also, 666 is a mistranslation. It was supposed to be something like 696 but the translator fucked it up in the same way that everyone thinks Moses parted the Red Sea when it was some other body of water.

Yeah, it's a bit odd how that works. Some of the new Pokemon look awful in their art but perfectly fine in-game, and it works the exact other way around for others (granted this is fan art, but the same rule applies).

I know that ordering's the case in the Central Kalos dex and is therefore the most likely possibility for national dex ordering (with the new Pokes for coastal and mountain then going on in the order they're in under those dex rankings), but we still don't know for sure.
