Hydration is a fantastic ability, it can fucking rest without any side effects what so ever, since it'll wake up right at the end of the turn.
If anything this thing will become a specially defensive monster.

According to Smogon its stats are 85/90/80/115/145/85 (BST = 600).
Worst pseudo-legendary to date. No wonder, since it's a goo version of the former worst pseudo-legendary.

Leftovers is so pointless, you can recover 100% every turn anyway. Try Rocky Helmet or something...

Will give you some hp back each turn. You wont be resting every single turn and you don't want to be. It lets you get some defense boosts or attacks in before you need to rest.

Dragon Tail would be useful though.
