So, with the new Pokemon Bank app that will prevent hacked pokemon from being transfered, how do I make sure my pokemon are legit so they can be traded? I've been using Pokecheck to make myself some new little guys for my team, but theres usually some errors with PIDs or invalid garbage strings or similar.

Any advice on what I should do? Should I just start breeding them to get a legit version with the same/similar stats? Is there a way to custom build a pokemon and still have it legit? (every time I've done this, it never works out properly).
