Has a leaker leaked any info about how many evs are gain yet?

I'm interested in knowing if the gym leaders/elite four have been upped in difficulty because of super training basically allowing you to make the ideal pokemon team stats wise with what looks like very little effort.

If not then this will be the easiest pokemon game ever.
