Best way is slightly reclined back to ease up pressure on dat dere spine but not too far back or your arms will start to hurt from having to suspend an XL in the air for several hours.

I like a cup of coffee with cream and the room temperature to be around 60F.
Also, I'm in my boxer-briefs.

Nice. This is the kind of suggestions i wanted to know about. I always thought laying on my bed face down was the best way, but my arms would start to feel weird after 1 hour.

In my bed, big fluffy pillows to prop me up and keep pressure off my spine and lower back, under warms covers, room temp. is about 69-71F because comfy, some sort of snack next to me, dog and cat curled up at my feet, lights dimmed, in sweats, a tank, and comfy socks.

Thank god it's a Saturday and I'm off.
