The leaker was only estimating it was around 70, the only ones that are clinging to 70 being some sort of magic number are retards.

Though I guess it's a good thing, now if it turns out there's 71 everyone will say the game is saved.

I think everyone needs to remember something that would easily cause the total number of Pokemon to be 70: Mega Evolutions.

We know there are around 10 megas for each gen previous to VI, so that's approximately 50 mega evolutions that all demanded their own designs, models, stats, animations, etc.

70 total Pokemon seems a lot more logical when you take that into consideration.

I lol'd so hard at this post. I'm sorry anon, but i would love to see 125 new pokemon (not including megas) as much as you. But I Seriously doubt we will get anything near 125, if we are lucky we will get around 90. Even if megas dont count as new pokemon i think GF is kinda using them as reason to not make as many new pokes. I know it sucks but its reality.

Like, one guy who said he beat the game and knew that there were only about 70 pokemon clearly had seen the Z legendary at some point. Other people had to have seen it as well.
Why haven't we seen it? There is no reason for it to not have been leaked by now.
Something is fishy about everything here, and it's making me doubt anything that's not 100% confirmed.

Which is still realistic if they aren't making the leaks.
Why show the reviewers a full game, knowing that atleast one of them are gonna leak some shit.
If I was the lead game designer over at Gamefreak, I would have handed the reviewers a limited pokedex, Why haven't we seen a full pokedex yet anyway? it doesn't make any sense.
