1. why are many people so mad about 70 pokes?
1a.Do you play the new games only for the new pokes?

Because they love the new pokemon designs.

Not at all. I play for the new campaign. My favorites are a mix of random old pokemon from all old gens, could live with no new pokemon just fine, just new games with new zones and stuff.

Most exited about right now, the 3D.
Thing I'd be most exited for, if they made pokegen wifi trades work with X/Y to make weird hacked pokemon to play the story mode with my dream team.

I didn't like Gen V too much, mostly because of the awful Dream World. I'm hyped because they finally got rid of such terrible feature.

I'm mad about 70 new pokemon because there could have been more if they wouldn't have made megas. Personally, I find temporary evolutions to be stupid. Also, most pokemon who got megas were already powerful.

1a. No, but it's a huge part of the game and one of the reasons I get excited for each new gen.
2.Unlikely, it better have a very good reason to justify that if they did.
3. I was most excited for the Fairy type, but all of those pokemon turned out shit. I was excited for pokemon finally being in 3-D but then that turned out shit. I then thought hey at least there will be a lot of new pokemon to train but then there was only 70. I really don't have much reason to buy this game left and I don't think I'll be picking it up.
