He's gonna have a spot on rain teams as a bitch to take down who calm minds the fuck up in everyone's faces and keeps resting. Run EV's and probably even nature in defense. He'll work much like a latias but almost exclusively in rain teams with a 1 turn full restore and never getting rekt by status.
