Well I'd rather have a region with 70 new Pokémon added on top of the old that blends in seamlessly rather than ~110 shoved alongside the classics that are already going to be a part of it all.

Based on what, exactly? The constant negativity your driving into your own head about a game you haven't even played, without the inevitable love that will come from actually experiencing the monsters you only now know as poor camera-phone pictures and static images instead of friends and enemies?

Then at least enjoy the game for its aesthetics and huge leap in style from the previous games. I guarantee it will be a fresh new experience that will also capture many Pokémon fans, old and new.
