You've got the thundurus in there, and the kangaskhan to make sure you can get him, so take advantage of that and use your 3 r's (reduce, reuse, recycle).
Free up card space for more/better damage boosters. People who lean on lugia for damage usually try to hit with HTL on turn 1, and then knock-out on turn 2 to get the extra prize. Taking advantage of that or more deoxys will really help with being able to use lugia's power.
I'd recommend pulling the cilan, knocking off 3 of each kind of basic energy (at least!), and adding another juniper, more colress, and skylas. Increasing your draw will help you get energy better than higher quantities and cilan, and with all the draw you have and almost no energy accelleration, you're going to get "hand bloat".
I'd ignore what people are saying about N, if you're grabbing all those prizes properly it will help your opponent more than it will help you. Also think about how much bench space you're going to burn with that lineup! You're trying to buff with eevees AND deoxys, you really should pick one because you can't make all of those work for you at once. If you go with eevees i'd add another umbreon AND possibly a leafeon to use its quick-set haymaker for the late game when you might be getting rolled by darkrai (all those energies on their side of the field add up!)
