It's Dragon.

They're doing the same thing they did with Gen 2. Release new type, make Eevee based on that type, and make one who's weak to it's type.

The 9th empty slot we had when there weren't that much leaks had been filled by Emolga recently, so only Sylveon this gen

We only got one but maybe there is a chance the other one comes in post game? Like Diamond/Pearl? I know its aive but who knows? Or maybe they will introduce few new pokemon in Pokemon Z? They never did this before but till B2W2 they never included so many new locations and new story into third game of the series

I really dont get Game Freak on this one. They're clearly into giving fans what they want in this generation. I mean:
-Fairy type
-Mega evlutions for many fan favourites and strong pokemon
-two mega evolutions for Mewtwo Charizard (im not gonna comment lack of 2 mega forms for other 2 kanto starters), one being fire/dragon
-super training and pokemon amie
-loads of old Pokemon in Kalos

And yet they introduce only one new eeveelution knowing that fans expect the usual duo. They even used Sylveon as one of games main mascot and promo pokemon because they know how popular eeveelutions are. Thats why lack of other one is beyond me

If I'm not wrong, the old leaker (that one who gave leaks on july and all of them were truth, like double type attacks) told that this gen had 2 eeveelutions, a fairy one and a poison one.

I'm not saying that we have 100% two eeveelutions, just that we still have a chance to have it.
