Hey /vp/, I need a bit of help with something.

Apex 2014 is coming in January, and I'm thinking about entering the Pokémon XY tournament they're doing. I really wanted to play some fightan', but JoJo ASB is probably not going to be there and Marvel's where fun goes to die. Since PokeTransfer is coming out before the event, I've decided to bring over my Regigigas Team I'm working on, and need some help setting it up.

My Regigigas is Bashful with 246/238/167/118/160/142 as it's current stats, the best moveset as I was told was Crush Grip, Earthquake, Rock Slide, Return with a Normal Orb or Life Orb. I also have a freshly-hatched Cotonee with an Impish Nature and Prankster, all for Worry Seed faggotry. I want to know where the best place to EV train Cotonee is and what the best level to evolve it into Whimsicott is at. Any help you guys can give me would be appreciated.
