Anyone else planning on doing a gen team?

I just noticed only two seem like they could learn fly
And fly is always a must have for me
Noivern and talonflame
I didn't count spritzee because of aromatisse

Am I missing anyone?
Not sure how I feel about this....

Dude just about ALL of my playthroughs are Gen teams. I'm kinda disappointed by the lack of selection this time around though as there are only 2 or 3 of some types of pokemon families. Only 1 type of bug and poison, and one type of ground not counting the legendary Zygarde

And that's because I didn't use one in hoenn

Im really upset with the huge lack of pokemon
MEGAS I think are gonna count for new ones in gf's eyes
Probably why they were named evolutions

I'm not doing a gen team this time around. The regional dex is huge and has a bunch of mons in it that while old, I've never gotten a chance to use, and I have always wanted to. That being said, this is going to be the first game since GSC where my team didn't consist entirely of new 'mons.

Don't get me wrong - I'll definitely use a couple of the new ones, but the truth is that there just aren't that many of them, and if I want a balanced team this gen, I think I'm going to have to reach back to some earlier stuff.

I barely managed.

I was going for Fennekin/Clauncher first, but Greninja won my heart and I really liked Talonflame as well (and I need a flyer after all).

Next I have Pangoro and Aurorus, who I was set for the second I saw them, and Flabébé, that I wanted to use since the beginning but resolved to only after seeing its first evo (I gotta admit the second seems underwelming, but I'm gonna wait to judge).

Next spot I haven't decided yet. Honedge is a possiblity and the mechanics of forme change seem interesting, but I can check them out in post-game as well; I was thinking using a mega, but for type coverage I can really only choose Ampharos. But it's ok, I really wanna pet Mareep and Flaffy in Pokèmon Amie and Mega Ampharos is so ridiculous it becomes a god tier design.
