So why aint nobody talking about Carbink?

I need help. Fairy/rock is really interesting typing and rock is my fav type so i want to know what this pokémon is about but i can't discern anything from the available photos!!!

Does it have a face? Where?
What is it based on?
Does it have limbs and can it move?
The name is carbon + what? Incubation???
Does carbon and underground mean it's a DIAMOND?
Anybody heard anything about stats?

But most rock pokemon dont look like rocks or have rock elements because they are fossils and shit. This is a rock, a diamond even. I think that's great because i like to see type reflected in the design!

I think the name is based on Gemstone Carbuncle. Basically a name for gems.
Yes it's supposed to be a diamond.
It's basically Shuckle in terms of stats, but someone was saying it's shittier.

assuming it has 0 evs, it has around:
35-55 HP
30-50 or so attack and sp.a (too lazy to calculate, it's low as shit anyways)
145-160 Defense and Sp.Def (they'd probably be equal if it wasn't for nature/IVs)
35-55 speed

We've been doing this for a long time. People usually use smogon's OU list as a jump off point for what and won't be good. And keep going into lower tiers until the pokemn is in a place where it can comfortably operate.
