You can have six Pokemon with six corresponding Mega Stones.

You can only Mega Evolve ONE Pokemon per battle.

I have no idea. My GUESS would be that it would revert back. One of the downsides of Mega Evolution is that the type of your Pokemon can change. This is neat, but sometimes it can be bad. Taking the Mega Pokemon out to avoid a type disadvantage seems very cheap.
