And I heard that X/Y will be 1.7GB (although this isn't confirmed). If you don't plan on downloading any other games, the 4GB card that comes with the XL should suffice. Otherwise if you got a regular 3DS or you plan on storing a lot of other stuff on it, look at getting a bigger card (the bigger the better, obivously, I think the maximum is 32GB).
