Steel types are depicted in a wide variety of styles and contexts. It would be as bad as Fairy if it was entirely made up of Magnemites

Again, they've had evil spirits, haunted objects and more and it's all across a variety of design styles and typings. I know Fairy is still "young" but the fact that it's entirely pink piles of clown vomit is very disheartening.

Actually, only two of the new fairy lines introduced are mostly pink. The other with pink in it is Klefki, but it's mostly silver and is pretty unorthodox I'd say.

They have, true. They're typically more popular as well or just done because. Dunsparce is like Farfetch'd and Stunfisk, it's explicitly meant to be some odd one off. It's not getting shit. It's not becoming a quetzacoatl, it's just an extremely (and appropriately) rare pokemon based on a cryptid.

Untill they stop ice from getting arseraped by almost every other type there will be no balance in the force.

When it was the only type super effective against dragons apart from dragon itself ice at least had a point to it. No some pink thing with a normal set of weeknesses can can have the same effect, so why even go through the bother of having an ice type pokemon anymore.

Ice type once had the majority of ice moves, It was designed to be a glass canon type

Then they gave a shit ton of water types ice moves, thus making the type pointless even with stab.

To balance this ice types should have higher stab multipliers or be given the majority of good ice type moves.

The flower is not part of the pokemon. Pineco looks like a pine cone, but it isn't grass type because the pokemon is the bagworm inside of it, not the pine cone.

We have base stats on most of the faeries. Almost all of them are already confirmed trash on stats and typing alone unless they get some fuckridiculous move that's priority and gives -6 stages of attack.

There are only a few that might be viable. Blissey/Chansey (who have been OU since RBY anyways, and the new typing actually hurts them more than it helps since now Gengar has STAB SE sludge bomb to drop on them), Mega-Gardevoir, Mega-Mawile, Azumarill, Togekiss and possibly Kefliki based on prankster alone. Of course Xerneas too, but he'll probably be ubers.

Also, Mega Gardevoir apparently passes baseline garchomp in speed, and moon blast is 90 BP. Which means if all those stats are true Mega Gardevoir will destroy dragons.
