Mismagius is confirmed no.

Some people have been saying Togepi is confirmed, but no proof. I'm more interested in the list of retconned pokemon attacks.

We all know reviewers are pretty idiotic about pokemon games (WHAT IS META) so we can't be certain but they were right about Gardevoir... Maybe it's just a low rate or a version exclusive around Victory Road
or the safari zone

seems likely that the end game "fairy-like" pokes like Jirachi, Celebi, the Lake Trio and such will be retconned to Fairy-type. It gives the Lake Trio more personality at least.
