Is there any way to obtain the other 2 kanto starter's mega stones? Like if I choose Squirtle can I still find Bulbasaur and Charmander's Mega stones?

Why it's simple my friend.

Just have two copies of X/Y and 2 compatable systems. Get the first one, trade it over to your other copy, then restart. Get the second one, trade it over to your other copy, and restart again. Get the third one, trade the other two back and viola. All three starters and their megas.

You can't trade between a physical and digital copy if they're on the same system.
