70 Pokemon after Gen 5 with all of the Pokemon in that gen is a nice break with most of them being loved compared to the divided opinions on Gen 5's designs. Not saying that I dislike Gen 5's designs, but compared to Gen 6 I like Gen 6 more than Gen 5.
Also, Gen 6 is introducing so many additions to the game the same way Gen 2 did that IMO, I can forgive GF for giving us 70 pokemon.
But that's your opinion and this is mine.
