hey guys former player here looking to return to the game just in time for x and y

i was wondering how do people plan to get pokemans for their (competitive) teams in x and y? previously you would play on a rom right and just hack the pokemon on there but according to the light research i've done on flashcarts for the 3ds there seems to be no good solution yet

the way i understand it nintendo is able to patch the 3ds and so any flashcart that comes out could just be blocked after a while due to a new patch

shit guys what do we do?
