Noivern isn't the pseudo, and I think it's Drasna's best new pokegirl main pokemon.

That said this guy is cool, likely my fave newcomer.

If it got stiffed with the ability, I don't have much faith in the movepool.

Special Dragon type moves are a rarity. The dude that took this picture didn't even bother checking the moves.

Hey you don't know. In general, Frisk is a redundant or terribly utilized ability but depending on a Pokemon's movepool and stats it might come out to be extremely useful.

Draco Meteor and Dragon Pulse are really the only two needed special Dragon moves.

What matters is the rest of the movepool. Dragon is fine.

It needs Nasty Plot to be effective. That, and another ability would be nice. If it gets Volt Switch, it's rocking.

Nintendo cares more about double battles than single battles. They had those two battles on pokemon smash remember, where Malamar used topsy turvy to reverse Blaziken and Noivern's stat drops after overheat/draco meteor respectively. Combine that potential boost with boombourst, which hits all enemies, and it isn't so weak anymore.
