That said, eevee's are pretty much the mary sue competitive powerhouses with the exception of flareon
I never raised an eevee fully, then I got an espeon once with an up sp. att nature
It destroyed everything, ever, nothing was fun because everything died
Bottom line, use the ones you like, not the strongest
