For example, when Animal Crossing came out on the Eshop, it was released at 12:00AM eastern, which was about 9 or 10 PM Mountain Time, where I live.
If X and Y are having a global release on October 12, are we going by the Japanese time, or the east coast time?
At the time of this posting, it's 5:PM in Tokyo, 1AM where I live. Will we be getting Pokemon at 8 in the morning on Thursday?
