Bulky, slow special attacker. Nothing to counter its MASSIVE Fighting and Steel weakness, no counter for its Rock and Ground weakness except maybe Surf.
The best it's got going for it is perhaps having some decent Normal moves to abuse Refrigerate. It cant' even take advantage of STAB Return or Giga Impact since its Atk sucks.
