Ok so do we know if Bug/Flying pokemon can learn FLY in X and Y? i know it makes no sense flying on Butterfree or Ledian but flying on tiny Starly or Pidove makes no sense either. If Volcarona can fly why not Yanmega? Id love to pick Vivilion as my flying type but if he cant learn Fly then i guess i wont.
