252 HP, the rest split so that it has even attacking stats, Quiet or Brave Nature.
This happens to be the exacty set I've used on Abomasnow in B/W OU, and its viability will skyrocket with the introduction of MegaSnow.
It is now much easier for it to throw up a Sub, due to increased defenses. Increased attacking statistics allow for actual OHKOes, and the speed decrease is actually helpful, since it ensures that Hail goes up after the other weathers - even Hippowdon outspeeds it!
Ice/Fighting/Grass is actually amazing coverage, hitting Flying, Grass, Dragon, Ground, Rock, Water, Normal, Dark and Steel super effectively, and being resisted by very little, together (Victini, Chandelure, Volcarona - I think that's it? Can you say pebbles?) With a Sub, prediction goes out of the window, too - you can always use the correct move.
