I remember people raving about how it would get Return, Thrash, and Body Slam for Refrigeration, and Stone Edge, Earthquake for extra coverage.

Have fun with Power Gem and Freeze Dry (only good move).

Meanwhile the master race gets Outrage, Dragon Claw, Stone Edge, Earthquake, and boosted Crunch/Elemental fangs.

earthquake, stone edge, body slam, it would have been amazing

Hyper Beam would be better if they brought back the mechanic from Gen 1 where if you KO'd the target, you wouldn't skip your next turn.

That might be a bit much, though maybe the fact it has 90% accuracy could keep it in check. We could also reduce its accuracy further, to like 85%.

In other words, the same movepool as every single physical dragon in the game, the difference is this one has terrible stats and is weak against the Steels and Fairies which will inevitably dominate the meta.

This is an important point that people should keep in mind. Fast, frail sweepers still need some level of defensive stats because the metagame has ways of dealing with them otherwise. It's part of why Sharpedo isn't used more.

Togepi has been confirmed to now be Fairy-type. Fairy/Flying Togekiss will almost certainly be OU. Not saying Fairy will "dominate the meta" (that'll probably still be Dragon's place) but it's unlikely to be absent from it either.

Honestly, even Sandstorm does something for Rock types. Ice types don't even get useful abilities for Hail. If Ice resisted Water and Ground it would be a much better type
