Okay, so I used to make pokemon on pokegen, but now I want to try and go all legit this gen. And, I found out that there are full on normal fags at my CC that would pay for "perfect" bred pokes...
So I had some questions regarding breeding.
1) So is the max IV's that you can be sure to be 31 are two? Those being the IV's passed down through the "power" items on each parent?
2) How do I check IV's? I assume it's going to be a chore to get those inital parents with 31's
3) Should I even bother starting with my black cart? Since Pokemon bank doesn't start till December, should I just wait till I get X/Y to work on this?
