There isn't any legitimate way to obtain a Victini anymore, is there? I had one in my White version but sold it a year ago. Idiot.

You can't get a shiny Victini. The sprite exists to avoid the game crashing if someone uses hacks or something, but otherwise you can't get it by soft-resetting.
