Probably need a lot of stat boosts (he has 325 total...) but still limited to the same shit movepool and pure normal.
Skill : moves can always be used regardless of restrictions. Can atk while sleeping, frozen and paralized, can use last resort on turn 1 / trump card with 0 pp and charm against same gender.
