Mega-Aggron is never going to be used. The only time you would ever use Aggron is on a Sand team, but if you have Sand you might as well be using Mega Ttar instead.

Except that implies that Mega T-Tar will be so good that you'd have to run it if running sand, or that mega Aggron couldn't feasibly outclass mega T-Tar, or be able to work standalone.

Mega redefines what a pokemon does, and we can't really compare megas until we get their stats and abilities.
