Raikou would actually weaken this party thanks to lack of lightningrod support. The only one I'm considering swapping out at this point is Mantine for Swanna.

The only reason I haven't so far is because Swift Swim makes Mantine faster than Swanna, and it needs to Go Fast to lay down some confusion/burns/flinches before it dies.

Two reasons:

1: I don't have/can't get a DW Raikou
2: I specifically need Lightningrod, not Volt Absorb. Lightningrod is to draw electric attacks that the opponent would wish to use against Gyarados/Mantine.

Raikou doesn't synergize with this setup nearly as well as Manectric.
