I saw there was a feature called "Skin treatment" at the same place you get the facial hair, so I'm guessing that means you don't have to stick to one skin color

Anyways the love interest depends if you make a MALE/FEMALE Character.
Male gets the brown loli with the star hair
and the Female gets the fatty friend
