I thought Cyrus was a pretty insane and boss guy.

But my fedora tips for Plasma. A castle attacks the E4 and requires the whole region to team up against them. Plus they attacked and froze an entire town having people at their mercy.

Rocket. Why? They were wealthy and successful to an extent. Everyone in Kanto knew and feared them. They also established a foot hold in Johto for a while. Also there was none of this "Oh we're doing this for the good of everyone" bull shit you get from teams magma, aqua, and plasma. They where basically the mafia and didn't try to hide it. Galactic of course had a far more powerful goal of remaking the damn universe, but they are so undertoned it's hard to feel threatened by them (Though Cyrus has the most sinister appearance out of any team leader). From the get go you felt that their reach was far beyond their grasp and that trying to dominate the pokegods of fundamental force was too hard for any mere mortal to accomplish.

Plasma on the other hand could have very easily won given the owner of at least one of the Tao trio could mean mind fucking the global population into servitude. (I never played black and white so bear with me if I'm incorrect on some of these points).
Magma and Aqua were retarded environmentalists poking gods with a stick and rocket is simple mob tier.
