Just curious. How is Pokemon conquest? Is it a long game? Does it have a lot of things you can do?

After you beat the main campaign each warlord has their own campaign. ps fuck dragon pokemon with dragon rage. the regular move hits for 30. You can evolve warlords.

It's super fun, but the main quest is not that long. It might feel like a slow grind for some because there's not much variety when each Pokémon only has one attack. It's imbalanced as fuck as well.

Nonetheless, the whole "recruiting warlords" is cool and evolving a Pokémon when it's the only Pokémon for a trainer kinda feels really good, too.

Wasted Potential: The Game.
It has its moments for sure and there's a fun aspect to conquering the region with Pokemon or finding out how OP certain Pokemon like Petilil or Chandelure actually are in the game.

What you must know before playing:

>Each Warrior has a single Pokemon partner at a time. They can have more than one but they only use one in battle.
>The warriors and Warlords themselves never fight, it's always Pokemon
>Each Pokemon has only one move. These change when they evolve. Sometimes this is bad (Flaafy's Discharge is infinitely better than Ampharos' Thunder.)
>Turn based strategy combat is incredibly simplistic, but at least the level design is cool.
>Until you start recruiting Warlords, your army will be made up mostly of generic NPC warriors. They're dumb looking.
>Everybody has an "ideal" partner that they sync with best. You usually have to find these for yourself. It's pretty tedious to get them for everybody.
>There aren't as many Pokemon in the game as you'd think. There aren't as many Pokemon as Warriors, so many of them have duplicate "ideal" partners.
>The main story is more like an extended tutorial. The real game is actually in the scenarios -- you get to play as different warlords and set out to conquer the region from scratch or complete other tasks (like catch 200 Pokemon total.)
>There's veritable ASSLOADS of gameplay. It's long as shit. I've never finished the game fully, only the main quest and some scenarios.

The gameplay is easy, but if you want to complete it 100% it takes a lot of strategy and restraint. You'll find yourself putting hours in it at a time just for some simple tasks.

Once i beat the game it wouldnt let me choose the team i won with. It made me choose all the bosses and do their story. I still wanted to fucking cap my pokemon..

The game can be a lot of fun, but it has a ton of flaws. Fuck swarm Pokémon. Seriously, fuck them.

I finished the main story line in less than a day.

I'm curious. Is it a TRPG like Final Fantasy Tactics/Fire Emblem? I loved FFT, FFTA, and FFTA2 and I've been playing Fire Emblem: Waifuing intermittently since release.

Fire Emblem has cute girls galore, does Pokemon Conquest have cute girls?
