Currently, the only known version exclusives like Charizard XY, Mewtwo XY, cottonshit/perfumecrap, howitzer/weedra, encounter rate differences between Pumpkin and Tree and ofc the legendaries.

Any idea what are the other exclusives (especially our old bros from the previous gens)

It's still early and the databases are incomplete, so I'm afraid it may be difficult to verify in that regard.

I'm hazarding a guess on the run-of-the-mill exclusives like Solrock and Lunatone, and Throh and Sawk though.

Zangoose and Seviper aren't version exclusives, but I'm fairly sure you get different encounter rates for them. But be careful if you find them in horde battles; four Zangoose will literally rape and murder any Seviper they find on their team before even bothering with you.
