3. The 3DS friend code applies to ALL games this time. You can send them stuff in Swapnote.

5. 80% of 3DS updates are for locking out flash carts, with only two that I can think of (one adding the Internet Browser/eShop and the other adding Folders) adding to the firmware itself. You can't refuse them, since you have to upgrade to access the eShop.

I played the first 250hours without the circlepad. then when i finally got it, it was so freaking huge and unconfortable, it sucked. u can play that just fine with the 3ds and no attachments

Dream Radar is pretty cool if you've also got BW 2. Other than that I've been hesitant to download any digital titles until Nintendo sorts out their account shit. I've heard Dillon's Rolling Western is pretty sweet though.

I don't believe there's any out yet. They might have some for Ambassadors though.

The 3DS FC is the universal FC. If you want to play online with someone, they add you and you add them. It's a lot simpler than there being special FCs for each online game. Hopefully when Miiverse comes to the 3DS you'll be able to just add their Nintendo Network ID.

Make sure you always have your 3DS on standby when you go out. You'll get Play Coins which are used in a lot of games and you'll also potentially get Streetpasses. Speaking of which, Streetpass Plaza is a shit ton of fun. I've spent so much time getting puzzle pieces and playing through Find Mii 1/2. I'm actually thinking of buying the other games because I play them so much.
Other than that, the AR Card games are pretty fun, and I enjoyed Face Raiders a bit.

Most of them you can probably refuse if you plan on using ar and shit. I think some of them help to fix backend stuff so it's probably beneficial to download them unless you're going to do shit with flash cards and what not.

Pushblox is pretty good and I'm enjoying Crimson Shroud.
Link's Awakening was great.
The FC is a general FC for everything instead of having one for Mario Kart, one for Kid Icarus and so on.

Idk bout stats but yeah, 3D drains it a lot quicker. I almost never have it on when I'm out and even when I'm home I use it rarely.

You get Play Coins for steps. One Play Coin per 100 steps, 10 Play Coins per day.

Streetpass is for exchanging game data with people you pass by. The Plaza has various minigames you can play with the Miis of the people you pass by. The 3DS has to be in Sleep Mode to use Streetpass.

There is a wishlist. Don't think it notifies you about sales though.

Should be fine then. One of my step-sisters comfortably plays switchaxe without a Circle Pad. Other uses dual swords with and she swears by it so it's personal preference.

But like I said, if you ever wanna try ranged... I'd rather stick nails under my nails then try again.

Main console games I'd reccomend Mario 3D Land, and to actually play it in 3D. It's short but sweet, if you enjoy Mario.

You already seem to have Monster Hunter, unless that's not your pic.

Kid Icarus is also a pleasant surprise.

Any of the three zelda gameboy games are gold. They are all nearly 10/10 games. Same for the Wario Land games.

Cave Story is great too, but get the eshop version, not the shitty 3D version.
