As the subject says, it's a thread for discussing the Ubers Tier.

I keep hearing people claim that Kyogre is the "best" pokemon in Ubers, but I have a hard time buying that considering that it's countered fairly easily, and fairly hard, if you have half a brain. Mewtwo, on the otherhand, seems to be the all-around best pokemon in the tier (and possibly the game). Why is it that we see so much Kyogre, and comparatively so little Mewtwo?
