It's not great but it's not bad either. I don't like it as much as the later rock-type reptiles but it's still pretty neat.

Actual design graduate here.

Golem has a great design. Simple, striking, memorable. Only drawbacks is that it doesn't completely match its evolutionary relatives and I have no idea how they managed to copyright the name.

Look, if you hate Pokemon for being shit at Smogon, fine, but you don't know the first thing about even what the word "design" implies.

I like regular Garchomp. I like Darkrai, Absol, Hydreigon, etc. It has nothing to do with being edgy. Mega Garchomp is just a shit design.
