God dammit GF. You took probably one of the coolest designs this generation, and made him absolute shit. Noivern will be LUCKY if he even does well in NU. Yeah, he's fast, but that doesn't really help when he has the godawful typing he does and Ice Shard oneshots him.

Couple that with his terrible offensive stats and mediocre defenses, and you get a pokemon that's fast, but can't do anything with his speed because the rampant Ice Shard, Stealth Rock, and Stone Edge will kill him in one hit before he can even do anything.

I'm actually SO mad. Fucking VIVILLION does more damage than this guy, AND doesn't get instakilled by one of the most used priority moves out there. Noivern has all the disadvantages of Garchomp with not a single thing that actually helps him.
