Ever since gen 3 I wanted them to add an evolution, but seeing the added evolutions they did in gen 4 and 5 I didn't want them to fuck it up like they do so easily. Mega could work though, most of the megas have been pretty cool even if they're only minimal changes.
Alternatively I'd just be happy with slightly better stats or an extra move or something to make him a really good utility.
I can actually just imagine him just being a sneaky fucker and hoarding everyone else's mega stones though. :3
