What does /vp/ think Gourgeist's Large Form might look like? Do you think it will just be an aesthetic change or will its stats/ability/movepool also change as well?

Um. There has to be one. The Pokédex Formes Section specifies a "small form". There's no way it would have that unless there was a corresponding large one.

That doesn't make a fucking difference. The fact that they added a seperate "forme" implies that the Large Size one is different in some kind of way.

It might just be bigger or it might be something entirely different, but either way there's another set "form" of this pokemon.

An NPC says "No one believes I saw a giant Gourgiest!" which implies there are big ones, and since "small size" is in the dex where forms should be there is no reason to think that it doesn't have multiple forms.

We have no clue how to get it though or if it actually effects anything, it might just be visual. But all signs point to it being there.

It's definitely tied to the Amie. When they added loyalty, Golbat and Togepi also evolved that way. And Magnezone and Probobass also evolved based on area.

They wouldn't just make Amie tied to evolution for one pokemon.

I think it has to do with evolving while full of cake, but if I recall Josh tried that and it didn't work. Maybe at a certain level.

It might just be location based since the NPC said he saw it, seems special in the context of it. We might have to wait for the guide to really know, since it could be specific time based event.
