EQ for Heatran/Empoleon/impossible scenarios where you face a Rock/Steel mon. Dragon Tail for hitting inevitable switch-ins hard. Flame Charge to possibly outspeed switch-ins and attempt a sweep, do not use with Tail Wind.
Other possibilities for last slot are Special moves, like Focus Blast/Fire Blast/Solar Beam to net guaranteed KOs on possible physical switch-ins; ChariX cries for Draco Meteor.
Belly Drum isn't viable due to having no priority and still at 100 Speed.
Roost is really hard to fit in due to +1/+1 Charizard still being outsped by Scarf Terrakion and not enough bulk (with boost) to survive the Stone Edge/etc.
Its biggest problem lies in its 100 base Speed. Even at +1, it's outsped by common Scarfers that can quickly KO, such as Terrakion, Keldeo, and Latios.
The inability to outspeed common revenge killers makes Tail Wind a viable choice, also allowing for team support upon death (know impending Scarf Terrakion switch-in and best case scenario is to let something else in safely upon death, etc). It also synergizes well with the short lived risk/reward of wallbreaking with Flare Blitz/Outrage.
Charizard X will make for a strong wallbreaker with nearly unresisted coverage (will Carbincle be a thing? I doubt it), but I imagine that it'll come up short against other dedicated 'sweepers' and be revenge killed more often than not.
