Definitely gonna have a Mega Charizard X and Talonflame. Sneaky pebbles be damned, I love me some birds and Char is a bro. Pretty hard to part with Blaziken and Pyroar though, maybe on a second run.

I might not use any of them, honestly. I've had a Fire-type on every in-game team I've used thus far (not really by design, although I have picked the Fire-type starter more times than the Grass- or the Water-type), and I'm thinking of focusing on other types this time around.

I was thinking about using Charmander, but then I got reminded of the event Torchic and thought about using that instead. Now, Chandelure is my all time fave, but I have one from my BW team, and I love it so much I don't know if I could replace her with another one.

you can only improve heatmor by improving his statts or giving him a mega evolution, both of which are unlikely to happen. you cant really improve his movepool, since that was the only good thing about him in the first place.
