Not gonna lie, been fiending for a cephalopod poke for a long time, ever since Octillery was shit in fact... was kind of disappointed with Malamar at first, since I thought it was some wierd ass levitating humanoid squid, but if it does actually swim, that's cool. What are the stats like?

It evolves after a certain level
For example let's say 30

Once you reach 31 you hold ur ds upside down while leveling it
So no level 2 malamars
And that's a good thing or else it would be weak
And this thing looks very strong

actually it doesn't matter when you evolve your pokemon because it's base stats are the same regardless of level. The only time it matter is when the unevolved form learns a move that an evolved form doesn't.

Shame its only saving grace at this point is its movepool, it doesn't even have teeth so no Crunch and probably no Night Slash either so I wonder what kind of STAB this will get.

Too bad my favourite gen 6 pokemon had to suck.
