for people who have played through the game (I've been avoiding leaks so I'm only assuming lots of people have early copies now), I just want to know some stuff about the exp. all before I play..

does it make the game too easy? is it a good thing or a bad thing? is exp share still in the game as an item? plus anything else I should know about it
