I have a theory, and hear me out /vp/ Remember how difficult many of gen IV's original mons were to obtain? Come to think of it, every gen has their fair share of 'hidden' pokemon. If the dex wasn't released before those games, I doubt anybody would have been able to confirm Porygon, Chansey, Yanma, Dunsparce, Feebas, Bagon, Absol, Hippopotas, Gible, Spiritomb, Volcarona, Zoroark, and others? As much as we like to consider 70 our 'magic number', there remains the possibility of new pokemon we have not yet seen from these leaks. Just look at all the empty spaces in the pokedex. Go ahead, call me a denialfag if you'd like to be a lethargic devil

>>14402403 I agree with this. It has also been the same case when Ruby/Sapphire came out with the Regi-trio.
Who the fuck would have known how to figure that out until the game came out for everyone to play?
Nah, man. Not denial; just keep your hopes up to actually judge the game when you have it in your hands to play. Everyone pulls this shit every game release. This time happens to be extra-dramatic because of the the amount of Pokemon this generation.

I agree. Plus, if you think about how hard it was to obtain a Feebas, that makes Milotic even harder. The first time I had miraculously stumbled across a Feebas I immediately boxed it and called it the Dunsparce of the sea. I think the biggest drawback would be a lot of people would just say "fuck it" and hack them in for themselves without actually playing the game, but then they're only really robbing themselves of the experience.

has there ever been any non-event pokemon after the third version legendary in the national dex before?

>>14402403 Those spaces are only in the region dex. If you look at the national dex it ends with Z legendary. You're logic that there might be hidden pokemon is fine, but given the fact that GF chose a previous trio instead of new ones leads me to believe any hidden pokemon will be past legendaries.

>Implying XY has an endgame Dude, seriously, the pokedex has been filled. Some mons were difficult to obtain in previous games, but the gaps in the dex were there. Here, they aren't. There's only space for legendaries, and confirmed for no legendary trio. The E4 doesn't get any higher-level on the second run. The Pokedex can be filled easily, with no real difficulties finding all the mons in the Kalos dex. Will you stop generating this false hype for a shitty, rushed product?

>>14402644 No.
If there were more mons, there would be Pokedex gaps. There are none, so there is probably a single event legendary and that's it. We've seen everything else.
We'll probably see the event legendary for the first time in a commercial for a movie. I give it 6 months.

I doubt it. Why the fuck would they put the legendaries in front of a bunch of other Pokemon in the national dex? There's 69 Pokemon, there's no denying it at this point.
