Exp. Share now works like an Exp All, except the pokemon in the lead gets 100% of the HP, and every other pokemon in your team gets 50% of the exp that the lead pokemon got

In other words, no grinding necessary. It will be easy as shit to get a team up to level 100 by Elite 4 grinding with the exp share on.

Exp share let's you roll through with a single mon, while it starts to out-level everything your other mons will manage to stay the same level as the areas you go into.

I've never had to switch out my Chespin starter, he's currently level 36 with the rest of my team at level 25 or so.
