I kinda want X. Y is just way so fucking edgy. But my friend is getting X so I think I'll just go with Y. Also Charizard Y is supposedly better than Charizard X.

I was all set for X but now I'm waiting until the story differences are sorted out. I'd rather have my mc fall for Calem and get the darknedgy version of the Flare plot.
Otherwise I prefer the X aesthetic (box art and colours) and Xerneas.
Probably overthinking it but I haven't bought a Pokemon game since Pearl, so...

None because I think Mega Evolutions are awful, I can count the decent Kalos native Pokemon on one hand and Fairy type is just as broken and badly implemented as Psychic in Gen I.

Swirlix and Clauncher are X
Spritzee and Skrelp are Y
Mega Charizards are self explanatory.

As far as Kalos pokemon are confirmed, that's literally the only difference.
